This sunny beach town is closing its downtown for a three-day Labor Day weekend massive festival — with 250+ vendors, a food fair and a carnival

Tickets for LA’s Passport to Santa, complete with interactive holiday games, snowball fights, and festive treats, have just gone on sale

Spooky season is almost here, and Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Fright Fest is ready to bring the scares.

The Halloween event runs on select nights from September 18 through November 1, 2026, transforming the Valencia theme park into a terrifying playground.

This year brings two new experiences, including a Final Destination-themed maze and a werewolf adventure.

Fright Fest 2026 mazes

Get ready to navigate dark corridors, elaborate sets, and plenty of jump scares.

• Final Destination: Death’s Playground — NEW! Step into a nightmare where a deadly chain of events has already been set in motion.
• Wolves’ Blood — NEW! Explore a remote town overrun by werewolves before making your way to an underground rock concert.
• The Conjuring Universe — Enter the Warrens’ occult museum filled with cursed artifacts and supernatural horrors.
• Trick ‘r Treat — Follow a twisted Candy Trail inspired by the cult Halloween classic.
• Carnage, Vault: 666 Unlocked, and Willoughby’s: Resurrected — Three more original haunted mazes await.

A Haunted Attractions Pass is required to enter the mazes.

Sinister scare zones

The scares continue throughout the park with immersive scare zones, including:

• City Under Siege — A clown-filled city ruled by Carnage’s disciples.
• Devil’s Triangle — Explore the dark depths of the ocean where lost souls lurk.
• Exile Hill — Watch out for the cursed spirits haunting this sinister hill.

Fright Fest shows

There’s also plenty of spooky entertainment to catch between scares.

Unleashed opens the night with Carnage and his disciples, while Nytewalkerz, new for 2026, features undead dancers, skaters, and trampoline artists.

The returning Sliders of the Night: Streets of Mayhem brings a creepy theatrical competition to the park.

And when you need a break, check out the limited-time Halloween food and drinks, including spooky blood-bag beverages and themed cocktails and mocktails.
