Are you prepared for the fright of your life?
There are immersive museums left and right throughout the city, but not any like Haus of Creep. This eerie pop-up returns to ROW DTLA this September on Friday the 13th to immersive those who are brave enough into a bizarre and shocking world where reality and performance art blur together… the hard part is being able to tell the difference.
Angelenos will explore the World of Creep L.A. by entering a dark paradox caused by the “terrifying send-up of social media culture.” With the growing popularity of “grammable museums”, businesses and consumers are devouring art as a commodity… The 75-minute multi-sensory exhibit sets out to remind us that art is alive and that it can’t be restricted to a little square photo without dangerous consequences.
Guest will spend their time roaming an avant-garde and nightmarish playground of over a dozen installations, witnessing grand shocking scenes as well as intimate scares. Everything from elaborate lighting to diverse and detailed environments creates a surreal world making it the viewers responsibility to determine where reality ends and the show begins.
Meet us in the dark, here!
