Ippudo Ramen is one of the most recognized noodle brands in the world and now, LA can finally get a taste! 🍜
The infamous ramen spot first began its rise to fame in Japan before making way to the states in 2008. The brand initiated a “global push” to target the U.S. after an increase in funds following a partnership with Panda Resturant Inc. (the company which operates the popular fast-food chain Panda Express.)
The demand for the dish has definitely risen over the past couple of years and with Ippudo Ramen producing prodigious lines at their NYC, San Fransisco, and Berkley locations, it only makes sense to open up shop in our ramen loving town.
The new location will reside just a block away from the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The restaurant opens for business on Thursday, November 8 and plans to offer limited dinnertime service for its first few days.
Winter is around the corner so they’re doing all that they can to prepare for handfuls of hungry Angelenos looking to warm their stomachs and feed their souls. (It is cozy-szn pardon our affectionate verbage.)
