A cantina with serious credentials
Daisy Margarita Bar is one of ten bars in the U.S. nominated for Best New Cocktail Bar at the 2026 Spirited Awards — the most prestigious cocktail honors in the world.
Daisy is named after the English translation of “margarita”. The concept is a gastro-cantina rooted in Norteño Mexican tradition, with a cocktail menu that reads like a love letter to the margarita, reimagined through a cutting-edge culinary lens, and brilliant culinary menu with fresh seafood, tacos, and botanas.
Daisy was built by Chef Alan Sanz and Beverage Director Max Reis — the same duo behind Mírate, #12 on North America’s 50 Best Bars, the highest-ranked bar in the city. The bar’s unique vision has quickly gained massive traction within competitive beverage circuits. The establishment holds two highly coveted industry titles:
