Fan favorites include El Güero, a margarita inspired by a seafood stand in Ensenada, and Tu Compa, the bar’s unique take on a paloma. Fresh SoCal produce plays a major role, with ingredients like guava, pineapple, passion fruit, and loquats featured throughout the menu.
