Los Angeles weekends are a kind of organized chaos in the best possible way. One minute you’re queueing for a tasty taco under palm trees, the next you’re picking between a live concert, a visit to the LACMA, or an outdoor screening with the city glittering below.
In that crowded playground of plans, a new contender has slipped in with neon shoes and a paint cannon: Glow or Go, a next-generation escape room experience that turns problem-solving into a full-body sport.

The Glow or Go Experience
Hosted inside the Beverly Center in West Hollywood’s orbit, Glow or Go stretches the escape room concept across five immersive zones designed like a progression of physical and mental boss fights.
Teams of 2 to 16 players rotate through a sequence of themed challenges, each one dialing up a different skill set. In Pink Panic, reflexes get tested in a high-speed, Whack-a-Mole-style reaction game that feels like your nervous system just got put on espresso mode… Then comes Red Reflex, a laser maze where timing and stealth matter more than confidence.

Yellow Yell switches gears into puzzle-solving and precision throwing, while Orange Outrun turns the floor into something between “The Floor is Lava” and a parkour fever dream, complete with fireballs and floating platforms.
Everything builds up toward Solara, the grand finale: a coordinated last mission that ends in a full-room paint explosion. It’s loud, bright, and slightly ridiculous in the best way possible.
The experience lasts 75 minutes, requires sneakers, and is designed for groups, making it a frequent pick for birthdays, team-building events, and anyone who prefers their bonding activities with a bit of adrenaline!
