Santa Clarita’s Old Town Newhall is the ultimate arts and entertainment district, hosting farmers markets, live music, and engaging family events every single week.
From April to September, Old Town Newhall presents the SENSES Block Party, which takes place on the third Thursday of every month with a different hilarious theme.
The next event is this Thursday, June 18th, from 7 to 10 pm, featuring the theme, “Honey, I Shrunk SENSES.” Look forward to larger-than-life attractions and obstacles, including human foosball, supersized soccer darts, hungry “humongous” hippos, and giant Jenga!
The block party takes over Main Street with great music, food trucks, and artisans. Guests can get drinks from the popular on-street bar, which is helmed by teams from different local bars and restaurants throughout the season.
2026 SENSES Block Party themes
If you can’t make it to June’s SENSES Block Party, here’s the lineup of future event dates and themes through September.
- June 18 – Honey, I Shrunk SENSES: A party with larger-than-life games and props, from giant Jenga to human foosball.
- July 16 – Christmas in July: A festive summer Christmas party with holiday-themed drinks and decor.
- August 20 – Time Machine: A throwback party with era-themed activities, from Jurassic adventures to ’90s games.
- September 17 – Oktoberfest: A lively Oktoberfest celebration where guests can enjoy stein-holding contests, barrel rolling, and German bites and beers.
