Japan LA, a Los Angeles store with some of Japan’s cutest imports, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with a party – and some of our favorite characters are invited!
On Saturday, June 27, 2026, Japan LA is bringing the fun to Koreatown. From 8 pm to 1 am, guests will be able to enjoy kawaii music, food, drinks, and even meet & greets.
That’s right! Smiski, Rilakkuma, Donutella, Gloomy Bear, and Tayto Potato will be available for meet and greets during the party.
The event also includes a DJ set by TooPoor and a musical performance from rapper and singer KREAYSHAWN at 11 pm, her first performance in 13 years.
Ticket options
Tickets are not live yet, but guests are encouraged to sign up for Japan LA’s newsletter to be the first to know when they’re live. The event is offering three entry options:
- $40 General Admission includes party entrance, taking photos with all 5 mascots, and seeing Kreayshawn perform live.
- $75 General Admission + Special Gift Bag (worth $70).
- $250 VIP Ticket includes VIP gift bag (worth $200), Meet & Greet Fast Pass, Free JapanLA Tee, VIP exclusive areas, 3 food and drink tickets.
