Vesti, the delicious Los Angeles-based sandwich maker, is bringing its longest pop-up ever to Maydan Market in West Adams.
The culinary brand (co-founded by Chris Berard and Food Network chefs Shane Lyons and Adam Gertler) has brought back its iconic focaccia sandwiches to a brick-and-mortar location for the next seven months.
On June 1, 2026, Vesti reopened its booth at the Maydan Market – and has brought back its all-you-can-eat Eating Menu.
For $70 per seat, guests can experience a “zero rules” tasting menu at the whim of Chefs Gertler and Lyons. With 8 seats per seating at 4 pm, 6 pm, and 8 pm, from Tuesday through Saturday, guests are encouraged to eat as many on- and off-menu courses as they would like within their seating period. Each seating is an hour and a half, with a 15-minute grace period.
And it’s not just sandwiches!
